About Our Client Our client is seeking Licensing Coordinators to join their team to help manage licensing issues and renewals. They are expanding and need professionals who can work efficiently to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to license renewals and payments.
Collaborate with supervisors, field consultants, and occasionally franchise representatives to address and resolve licensing concerns.
Oversee the updating and renewal of licensing agreements.
Accurately enter and update information in the system.
Create and run detailed reports to track and monitor licensing status.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with agencies to ensure resolution of licensing matters.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative based role
Strong data entry experience with various systems.
Proficient in Excel, with the ability to run, filter, and present reports.
