Responsibilities
Process payroll for employees accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and taxes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws. Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies. Prepare payroll tax filings and reports. Assist with audits and ensure payroll data accuracy. Work with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related matters. Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of payroll processing experience. Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday). Understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills.
