Program Manager
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Job Summary
Oversee day‑to‑day clinical and business operations of assigned site/program(s).
Supervise staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing and increase income stability.
Ensure staff provide quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for the target population/demographic.
Build a cohesive team that works collaboratively with internal teams and community stakeholders to provide quality care.
Track necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting; submit reports and deliverables to leadership.
Skills & Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a behavioral health field required.
Lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders, homelessness, family members, and veterans preferred.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures required.
Current Arizona driver’s license (valid and in good standing).
Clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.
