Lead Paralegal – Real Estate & Litigation Practice Salary
$50,000 – $85,000 per year About the Firm

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various legal matters. Assist in the preparation of legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. Provide litigation support by managing all aspects of the litigation process including discovery, trial preparation, and case management. Coordinate and manage timelines and deadlines to ensure all court dates, filings, and responses are tracked and met. Assist in case management, including organizing and maintaining case files, tracking case progress, and coordinating with external parties. Support attorneys in client meetings and court proceedings. Assist in the development of case strategies and legal arguments. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications
Experience as a paralegal, preferably within the legal industry. Proven experience in litigation support, legal assistance, and case management. Exceptional research and report‑writing skills with a high level of proficiency in legal research tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build relationships with clients and external parties. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software. Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and maintain confidentiality at all times. Benefits
