Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in New York, NY, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the organization. Qualifications

Experience in operational processes, process improvement, and efficiency management

Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills

Budget management, strategic planning, and organizational development experience

Proficiency in using Operations Management tools and technologies, and data analysis

Problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different stakeholders

Familiarity with compliance standards and documentation requirements in relevant industries

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Prior experience in an operations-focused role, preferably in New York-based organizations

Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic business needs and challenges
