Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in New York, NY, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the organization. Responsibilities include managing budgets, developing operational policies, monitoring team performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and address challenges is a key aspect of this role. The manager will also be responsible for staff training, vendor coordination, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Proficiency in using Operations Management tools and technologies, and data analysis
Problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different stakeholders
Familiarity with compliance standards and documentation requirements in relevant industries
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Prior experience in an operations-focused role, preferably in New York-based organizations
Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic business needs and challenges
