This role focuses on standardizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and improving the resident and team experience across communities. The ideal candidate combines deep operational knowledge of property management with strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Assistinplanningandtheexecutionofinitiativestoimproveservicedelivery,teamperformance,andresidentsatisfaction
Workcloselywithoperationsleadershiptoidentifyandprioritizeopportunitiesbasedonoperationalgoals,revenueimpact,orcompliancerequirements
Coordinatepilots,rollouts,andpost-implementationassessmentsacrosscommunitiesorregions
Auditanddocumentcurrentoperationalworkflows(e.g.,renewals,move-ins,maintenancerequests,collections)
Designandimplementstandardizedprocessestodriveconsistency,reduceerrors,andoptimizeteamcapacity
Partnerwithtechnologyteamstosupportdigitaltools,dashboards,orautomationintegrations(e.g.,Entrata,EliseAI,Vero,etc.)
Collaboratewithtrainingteamstodevelopresourcesthatsupportrolloutandadoptionofnewprocessesortools
Providehands-onsupportandfieldfeedbackduringinitialimplementationphases
Trackadoptionmetricsandprocesseffectiveness;recommenditerativeimprovementsasneeded
Serveasliaisonbetweencorporateteams(marketing,IT,HR,accounting)andonsiteteamstoensurealignmentoninitiativeexecution
Gatherfeedbackfromregionalandonsiteleaderstoinformprocessdesignandeliminatefrictionpoints
Facilitaterecurringupdatemeetingswithkeystakeholderstomaintaintransparencyandmomentum
KeySkills&Qualifications:
3–5yearsofexperienceinpropertymanagementoperations,projectmanagement,orbusinessprocessimprovement
In-depthunderstandingofpropertyoperationsworkflowsandtechnologyplatforms(e.g.,Entrata,Yardi,CRMtools)
Strongorganizationandtimemanagementskillswithabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously
Experienceleadingcross-functionalinitiativesandrollingoutchangeacrossmultiplesites
Proficientinprojecttoolsandprocessmappingplatforms(e.g.,Asana,Smartsheet,Lucidchart,Visio)
