Position: Business Office Manager
Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park
Location: Maitland, Florida
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 annually

Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is a skilled nursing facility committed to delivering high‑quality care in a compassionate, team‑oriented environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Office Manager to oversee and support the administrative and financial operations of our facility.
This role is essential to ensuring efficient office operations, financial accuracy, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of communication between the Administrator’s office and all departments
Provide administrative support across departments for both short‑term and long‑term operational needs
Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with external agencies, including government entities and third‑party payors
Act as a liaison between residents, families, and outside agencies to ensure clear and timely communication
Greet visitors, manage reception responsibilities, and maintain a professional office environment
Support financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination
Assist Human Resources with onboarding processes, including paperwork, background checks, payroll updates, and ID badge creation
Coordinate and manage workers’ compensation, FMLA, and disability documentation
Complete weekly travel to the bank, post office, and other required locations
Assist with additional administrative projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare business office setting
Strong understanding of financial reports with the ability to interpret and act on data effectively
Proficiency with computer systems, office software, and standard office equipment
Ability to make sound, independent decisions
Proactive, organized, and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset
