We are seeking a

Land Development Project Coordinator

to join our growing Land team. The Land Development Project Coordinator is an entry‑level position and will assist in the day‑to‑day management of project‑specific land development items from planning through completion of construction.

Responsibilities

Assist in management control functions including cost/budget controls, budget reconciliation, cash flow projections, activity/program scheduling and monitoring compliance and obligations of the Development Agreements.

Work with the Land Development & Project Management to administer multi‑disciplinary consulting teams in preparation and processing of land use documents and related infrastructure design/improvement plans.

Track project schedules, manage project files and ensure project records are saved accurately.

Update site plans and aerial slides for monthly Community Development Meetings.

Prepare submittals for project approval through City or County Agencies (e.g. zoning, design review, civil and soils engineering, preliminary plan, grading and utility plan, and final plat approval).

Coordinate land acquisition due‑diligence documentation, coordination, and design review functions to ensure continuity from planning through completion.

Process and obtain approval of various aspects throughout the land development process and other administrative requests.

Assist in common area and amenity design, approval, and development.

Meet with contractors and consultants both in office and on site.

Initiate and coordinate lot fit analysis for current and upcoming projects.

Manage SWPPS for assigned projects.

Track progress of plan approvals, plats, HOA documents.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently in the field of Urban Design, Planning, Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or related course study.

Valid driver’s license required.

Advanced PC skills, including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Excellent analytical ability and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to professionally perform multiple, detailed‑oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines.

Interact well with co‑workers.

Understand and follow work rules and procedures.

Accept constructive feedback.

Team player.

Additional Requirements

This is an on‑site position based in the Tampa Bay area and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area. While the role is primarily in‑person, there may be limited access to remote work at the discretion of management and based on business needs.

This is an exempt role, which may require working more than eight hours per day.
