What You Will Be Doing
Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong appreciation for reading
Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve your methods and extract actionable insights
Working with the engineering team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy tools
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years' experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interactions within those tools
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
