What You Will Be Doing
Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading.
Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify meaningful trends.
Working alongside technical teams to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
Demonstrated ability to assess reading levels, organize student groups, and create differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
Experience working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adapting instruction based on student interaction patterns.
U.S. work authorization without need for employer sponsorship.
Commitment to on‑site work at one of these locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY.
