Lecturer in Finance – Monmouth University, Leon Hess Business School Monmouth University is seeking a Lecturer in Finance for the academic year 2026-2027. Responsibilities

Teach 12 credits at the graduate and/or undergraduate level per semester.

Maintain disciplinary currency.

Serve on school and university committees.

Advise students.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, or a related field (ABD candidates considered; completion required by hire date).

Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and service commensurate with AACSB standards.

Ability to maintain at least Instructional Practitioner (IP) or Practice Academic (PA) status.

Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching.

Ability to work with diverse student populations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience teaching Corporate Finance.
