What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturer accounts
Schedule and conduct face-to-face consultations with new and existing customers to discuss Richelieu's Finishing product solutions
Analyze past buying patterns of current accounts to enhance supplier relationships and drive growth
Provide exceptional customer service and position yourself as a one-stop shop for clients
Maintain accurate reporting and system information in the CRM application
What is Required (Qualifications):
Technical background, preferably with experience or education in chemistry or science
Knowledge of wood coatings or powder/spray coatings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage your own time effectively and deliver on results
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Background in spray application finishing
Developed analytical, planning, and organizational skills
