Job Overview Certified Pest Control Inc is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales & Client Relations team. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts across various sectors

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value

Research and develop leads for new client acquisition

Analyze market data and client feedback to refine sales strategies

Collaborate with internal sales and service teams to execute account plans

Prepare and deliver performance reports to leadershipRespond to client inquiries and resolve issues with urgency and care

Maintain accurate CRM records and client information

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales, account management, or client-facing experience

High School Diploma or GED required

Department of Agriculture certification (or ability to obtain)

Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented

Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems

Warm calling or outbound sales experience is a plus

8-hour shifts

Location Onsite – Based in Ohio

Travel may be required to meet with clients across the service region
