Job Overview Certified Pest Control Inc is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Pest Technician to join our growing field services team. In this hands-on role, you'll perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial properties across Northeast Ohio, including the Sandusky, Akron, and Cleveland areas. Responsibilities
Perform residential and commercial pest control services as assigned
Operate service vehicles safely and maintain clean equipment
Maintain accurate treatment records and complete service reports
Identify pest issues and provide appropriate treatment plans
Communicate effectively with clients to explain services and educate on prevention
Comply with company safety and application procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service quality
Uphold professional appearance and conduct while representing the company
Maintain inventory and request restocks as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and on the road
Experience in pest control, related trades, or service industry is preferred but not required
Ability to obtain Department of Agriculture certification (training provided)
Physically able to perform inspections, climb ladders, and carry equipment
Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
