What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Supervise and manage a team of training technicians to ensure effective training delivery
Oversee the documentation of new hire progress through training programs
Review and evaluate training content for relevance and accuracy
Communicate operational changes and updates regarding trainees to relevant departments
Prioritize work assignments to meet goals and timelines effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
Master’s Degree and BCBA Certification required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify complex problems and implement effective solutions
Experience in motivating, developing, and directing staff
