Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed for each client Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all practices Required Qualifications
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Fully licensed and previously worked in North Carolina Preferred Qualifications
