As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help lead our team and drive performance.

Position Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, automotive sales expertise, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals

Manage daily sales operations, including desk deals and inventory flow

Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market trends

Manage used car inventory, including wholesale

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and legal requirements

Work closely with F&I, service, and marketing teams to maximize profitability

Maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction scores

Recruit, coach, and develop sales staff

Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications

Uncompromising honesty and integrity in all customer, employee, and dealership interactions

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or Sales Leader

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Ability to close deals and structure competitive offers

Familiarity with CRM software (Eleads) and dealership operations is a plus.

Knowledge of GM brands (Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC) preferred

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Professional appearance and customer-first attitude

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
