Novant Health Sleep Medicine - Ballantyne is seeking a full-time LPN Lead!
The role of the LPN Lead is to provide non-clinical and clinical duties in practice under the direction of the practice manager within his or her scope.
What You'll Do Job responsibilities include:
Perform standard LPN duties, including patient care and clinical support
Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels
Count, order, and manage vaccines and medications
Provide coaching and support to team members
Assist with attendance tracking and approve PTO requests
What We're Looking For
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement, required. Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.
Licensure/Certification: Current LPN licensure in appropriate state, required.
Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.
