Shift Times Flexible 12‑hour shifts: 6 AM‑6 PM and 6 PM‑6 AM.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor residents’ health, documenting changes, and reporting concerns to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities, ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents and their families.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
Qualifications
A valid and current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
