Physical Therapist (PT), Inpatient Rehabilitation ProHealth Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin, operated jointly with Lifepoint Health and ProHealth Care, invites applications for a part‑time Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation unit. This position requires 16 hours per week.

How You’ll Contribute

Assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of patients being treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs. May orient staff, students, and assume supervisory duties in their absence.

Assesses patients’ needs, identifies and initiates appropriate physical therapy interventions, and works cooperatively with other patient team personnel to maintain professional standards and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Observes and evaluates treatment effect and achievement of short and long term goals. Recommends changes to physician if needed.

Performs appropriate assessments on each patient and reassessments, per policy, and performs accurate and timely QI scoring. The population includes adult and geriatric patients requiring an adult medical rehabilitation program and services.

Able to assess patient pain interfering with optimal level of function during rehabilitation; makes appropriate interventions to reduce pain and contacts physicians for interventions.

What We're Looking For

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.

Inpatient rehab experience preferred.

Current BLS/CPR card.
