Retention Incentive $5000
Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Yes
On Call Shifts: Yes
Evening: $3.00/hour
Night: $5.00/hour
Weekend Premium: $4.50/hour
Standby Premium: $4.00/hour
Per Diem Premium: 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
Certification Premium: $2.00/hour
Responsibilities
Perform radiologic procedures by applying ionizing radiation safely to patients for diagnostic purposes, as directed by credentialed radiologists and referring providers.
Work at a technical level requiring independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative with minimal supervision.
Maintain knowledge of age-related care needs for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
Interact with patients, family members, physicians, diagnostic imaging staff, nursing staff and management.
Qualifications
Education:
Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training; ARRT registry or equivalent.
Experience:
Two years of radiology experience in a hospital setting preferred; strong knowledge of radiology theory, procedures and radiation safety; demonstrated skill in high-quality x-ray imaging.
Licensure/Credentials:
Current ARRT registry certification and Washington State Radiologic Technologist licensure. BLS certified or able to obtain/maintain certification.
