Pay Range: $45.93 - $69.64
Union: UFCW 3000-Home Health
Weekend & Holiday Shifts: No
On-Call Shifts: No
Premiums:
Weekend Premium $4.00/hour
Lead Premium $3.25/hour
Preceptor Pay $1.00/hour
Per Diem Premium 15% (on base plus steps, in lieu of benefits)
Certification Premium $2.00/hour
Weekend Coordinator Pay (chg) 5% on regular pay
Job Description The Speech Therapist is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech language pathology services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service Agreement.
Education
Possesses a degree, which includes an internship from an approved Master’s program in Speech Language Pathology, or as required by applicable law and/or regulation.
Experience
2 years home health care experience preferred.
Minimum of one-year clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA).
Licensure/Credentials
Current Speech Language Therapy License required.
Current BLS certification required.
Valid Washington State driver’s license required.
Proof of insurance on automobile used for work required.
Driving record in compliance with OMC standards currently in effect or as may be amended, required.
Other
OMHH issued work cell phone provided.
Must have computer internet connectivity (OMHH work laptop provided).
Must have reliable automobile transportation to travel to patient residences.
