Base Pay Range $13.00/hr - $31.00/hr
Pay: $32.75+ hourly, DOE, paid weekly with OT. 4‑12 hour shifts per week: 5 week rotation, 1 week of nights, other days. (1 week with 4‑10 hour days).

Responsibilities
Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting safely at all times.
Perform industrial maintenance: conveyors, compressors, hydraulic systems, kiln, boilers, electrical, welding.
Disassemble/resassemble facility equipment to examine or repair.
Fabricate metal pieces and replace gaskets as needed.
Determine cause of malfunctioning systems and perform repair or replacement of defective components.
Monitor equipment to ensure all repairs and testing are completed to ensure proper operation.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Hydraulic system repair experience.
Experience with compressors, conveyors and other industrial processing equipment.
Industrial maintenance experience required.
Heavy equipment repair experience.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to use a cutting rig – welding.
Proficient with computers and systems.
Knowledge of industry’s latest technology or experience working with electronics.
This is 100% onsite; no remote work.
Safety focused; excellent commitment to health & safety.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
DOT training.
Ability to perform multiple tasks.
Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste.
Climb up and down vertical ladders.
Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force.
20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected; depth perception is critical.
10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit‑ups (to determine fitness).
Good hand/eye coordination.
Valid driver’s license required.
Punctuality and attendance required.
Respirator fit test upon hire; clean shaven face required (mustache okay!).
Background check, drug screen and physical required.
