Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Support clients with special needs

Maintain a safe and clean home environment

Communicate with the supervising nurse and care team

Requirements: Active

California CNA license

1 year of CNA experience

Current

CPR certification

TB test or chest x-ray (within the past 12 months) Physical exam (within the past 12 months)

Experience with special needs clients

required
