Responsibilities
Ensure timely, friendly service and achieve unit objectives.
Cultivate a culture aligned with Flynn Applebee’s values.
Respond immediately to guest complaints and maintain guest contact priority.
Maintain inventory levels and perform line checks for product preparation.
Effectively schedule employees to meet sales demands.
Maintain safety, security, cleanliness and sanitation programs.
Perform routine maintenance and report needed repairs.
Promote recruitment, training and development of staff.
Provide fair performance feedback and maintain compliance with policies.
Control costs and prepare accurate daily paperwork.
Assure sanitation standards meet health department guidelines.
Qualifications
2–3 years restaurant management experience.
Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications (plus).
Strong problem‑solving, stress‑management and leadership skills.
Commitment to Flynn Group’s core values of Care, Play and Win.
Physical Standards
Work various shifts, including weekends.
Stand and move for up to ten (10) hours.
Safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Read and write to facilitate communication.
