HireArt is helping an on‑demand, autonomous ride‑hailing company find a Fleet Response Operator to join its team. You will support in‑field vehicle recovery, directly assist riders, remotely operate vehicles when needed, and ensure robotaxi cleanliness and charge‑readiness.

This role blends operational execution with customer support, technical responsiveness, and hands‑on care of the fleet. You may also support public‑facing needs at PUDO sites, assisting with light concierge support and educating the public during high‑traffic moments.

We are looking for operators who are disciplined, team players, detail‑oriented, focused, great customer service communicators, and believe in doing whatever it takes to safely accomplish the mission and make it a great experience for its riders. Beyond expertise in customer service execution, this role requires exceptional empathy, patience, and a relationship‑oriented mindset.

You will have the opportunity to learn vehicle and personnel operations. You will have a front‑row seat to the operational complexities of realizing autonomous mobility on public roads and the chance to contribute to the future.
