Lakeland, FL Shift:
Full Time, All Shifts Salary:
Up to $40 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
Oversee the nursing staff and ensure all residents receive high‑quality care according to their care plans and state regulations.
Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires and offering ongoing training and education.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physicians, therapists, social workers) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.
Perform other job‑related duties as required.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
CPR certification required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long‑term care or a related setting.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills.
