Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales through onboarding and continued support throughout the policy term and renewal cycle Manage a portfolio of client accounts by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate account activity and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience Conduct proactive outreach ahead of renewals to review coverage, assess business changes, and recommend appropriate adjustments to maintain retention and satisfaction Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities by understanding clients’ business goals, risk profiles, and evolving coverage needs Maintain accurate client data and documentation in HubSpot, AMS, and related systems to ensure data integrity and visibility into the book of business Partner with sales, service, and carrier teams to streamline processes, enhance communication, and drive operational efficiency Stay informed on Veracity Insurance product offerings, carrier underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices to provide informed, consultative guidance Adhere to all licensing, regulatory, and company standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned Requirements And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred 3–5 years of insurance experience, ideally within a commercial or retail insurance environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, follow-through, and clear communication Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solver who anticipates client needs and delivers effective, timely solutions Experienced with HubSpot, AMS, or similar CRM platforms; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools Knowledge of—or strong interest in developing expertise in—insurance products, underwriting processes, consultative selling, and industry regulations Perks
