Summary The Sales Administration Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the sales organization through effective management of administrative and operational tasks. This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of sales data, processing orders, preparing performance reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, finance, logistics, and customer service teams. Process sales orders, quotations, and purchase requests accurately and in compliance with company policies Maintain and update customer accounts, pricing, and product data in internal systems Verify order details for accuracy, including pricing, terms, and product availability Monitor the progress of customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery Coordinate with production and shipping teams to resolve order discrepancies or delays Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports Track and report on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and customer trends Assist with the development of sales forecasts and target tracking Support commission and incentive calculations by verifying data accuracy and eligibility Manage communication between the sales department and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Critical to Success

Accurate and Timely Order Processing Maintain complete and accurate customer and product records in internal databases Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports on schedule Track and document all contract renewals, expirations, and pricing updates Ensure seamless coordination with finance, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order or billing issues Facilitate timely communication of key sales information between departments (e.g., product launches, pricing changes) Respond to internal and external inquiries within established response times (typically 1 business day) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information at all times Relations to supervisory and subordinating roles within the company

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business or marketing) Required: At least 1 year experience as sales and/or operations support position Experience generating and analyzing sales performance reports, forecasts, and dashboards Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies Understanding of sales and marketing best practices Sound judgement and problem-solving skills Employee-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards Excel at operating in a fast-paced environment Ability to look at situations from several points of view Persuasive with details and facts Displays enthusiasm and sense of urgency to execute assignments Strong working knowledge with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google platform Essential Job Functions (ADA-Compliant)
