Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing diagnostics team. In this role, you will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, laboratories, and clinical partners while driving adoption of our diagnostic products and services. You’ll play a key part in educating customers, supporting the sales pipeline, and contributing to revenue growth.
Duties/Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote diagnostic products and solutions.
Qualify inbound leads and generate new opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling and targeted follow‑ups.
Provide product information, pricing, and technical support in collaboration with clinical and technical teams.
Maintain a deep understanding of our diagnostic portfolio, including test indications, workflow, and clinical value.
Manage and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
Support field sales representatives by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating follow‑ups.
Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns and nurture leads.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted resource for clients.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of inside sales or customer‑facing experience, ideally in diagnostics, medical devices, biotech, or healthcare.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical or clinical information.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements
Able to sit for extended periods while maintaining focus and productivity.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
