Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our range of home medical equipment to healthcare providers, clinics, and individual customers. Your primary responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to prospective clients, providing product information, offering personalized solutions, and closing sales deals. Essential Functions
Sales Generation
Actively prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate home medical equipment solutions.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information to prospective customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Sales Process Management
Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
Product Knowledge and Training
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our home medical equipment product line.
Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and technological advancements.
Participate in training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in selling home medical equipment or healthcare‑related products is advantageous.
Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of insurance billing processes is a plus.
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the home medical equipment industry, including products and market dynamics, is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse customer groups.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
