Benefit Accounting Assistant
Elmbrook Schools – District Office, Brookfield, WI
Job purpose: Assist with key responsibilities related to successful maintenance of employee benefits, including monthly reconciliation of vendor bills to employee and dependent enrollments and payroll deductions and benefits. Support the Payroll Department with benefits as needed.
Responsibilities
Reconcile vendor bills to employee and dependent enrollments and payroll deductions
Maintain accurate employee benefit records
Support Payroll Department with benefit related tasks
Assist with support staff compensation incentives plan as applicable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of related accounting, benefits or payroll experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range $48,500.00–$55,000.00. New for the 2024‑25 school year, Support Staff Compensation Incentives Plan provides additional stipends and pay rate adjustments for longevity and continued learning.
