Position:
Teaching & Learning, Executive Assistant
Job Purpose:
The Executive Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning serves as a strategic administrative partner, ensuring the efficient operation of the Department of Teaching and Learning. This role requires a high‑level professional who can balance complex fiscal management, large‑scale project coordination, and high‑stakes communication with internal and external stakeholders. This individual acts as a central hub for the department, managing the rhythm of the school year through curriculum distribution, grant administration, and high‑level professional development support, with direction from the Assistant Superintendent and department Directors.
New for the 2024‑25 school year is our Support Staff Compensation Incentives Plan, which provides additional stipends and pay rate adjustments for longevity and continued learning. You can find more information about that here: https://tinyurl.com/45ks236k
