Full-Time M-F Day Shift, with occasional weekends/evenings. Staffing Coordinator Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Ensure that the facility is adequately staffed to fulfill residents needs. Assist in developing, implementing and coordinating staffing procedures. Performs daily and monthly staffing in accordance with management instructions. Audits nursing personnel time accurately and timely. Post daily staffing requirements. Must be able to help on floor when short staffed. Education and Experience
Nursing staffing processes and procedures experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites ADP payroll experience Preferred Supervisory Responsibility
