Associate – Operations
role involves managing high-volume inbound calls and delivering exceptional customer service for property damage claims. This position supports borrowers and contractors by guiding them through the claims process, resolving inquiries, and ensuring timely disbursement of claim funds.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with borrower follow-ups and help desk queries
Maintain schedule adherence, attendance, and availability standards
Update records and systems accurately
Handle inbound calls from borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters
Deliver precise and timely customer service to ensure high satisfaction
Work on claim packets during low call volumes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
0–2 years of relevant experience (Preferred)
Combination of education and experience may be considered
