National General is part of The Allstate Corporation, offering various insurance products through independent agents and direct to consumers. Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume inbound calls and provide effective customer service regarding property insurance. Support borrowers and carrier/agents by providing detailed information on how to obtain their property insurance. De‑escalate calls, process complaints, and handle disbursement of premiums. Cross‑train to assist with borrower follow‑ups. Assist answering questions in the help desk. Meet and maintain availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines. Update records and note system as required. Process inbound telephone calls from borrowers, insurance agents/carriers regarding premium disbursements and property insurance to resolve customer inquiries. Deliver timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred). 0‑2 years experience (Preferred). In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Additional Details
