Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Foreman to oversee and manage asphalt paving operations in the Alexandria area. This role is responsible for leading crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations
Lead and manage crew members on job sites
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications
Read and interpret plans, grades, and job layouts
Monitor material usage, equipment operation, and job progress
Enforce company safety policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with project managers and inspectors
Requirements
10+ years of foreman experience in asphalt paving or construction
Proven leadership and crew management skills
Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
