Recovery Worker – HMP Lincoln (Ref: 0081ZA)
You’ll work with clients to create the best treatment plan for their needs and guide them on their path to recovery. This frontline role at WithYou provides continuity of care through partnership working, care coordination, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connect quickly with clients and ensure they are treated with respect and dignity. Main duties of the job
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide continuity of care, partnership working and coordination across services. Manage an active caseload and deliver interventions in a prison setting. Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high‑quality service. Qualifications
Attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or willing to achieve within 12 months. Experience working in a health, social care or related setting. Strong oral and written communication skills. Resilient under pressure, able to prioritise workload. Proficient in IT and digital media. Organised, able to manage time effectively. Flexible with working hours and able to support other WithYou locations. Previous experience working with people who misuse substances (priority). Knowledge of health and safety, including assessing clients in high‑risk situations (priority). Benefits
