Pay Range:
$34.90 - $52.35
Sign-on bonus:
Eligible for $15,000 (if eligibility requirements met)
Where You Will Work 7 North is a 30‑bed Medical‑Surgical Unit and 7 South a 36‑bed Medical‑Surgical Unit. We deliver exceptional care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions: general medicine, respiratory, renal, cardiac, oncology and beyond. The unit focuses on compassionate, patient‑centered care tailored to each individual's needs, providing the highest quality outcomes. We foster a supportive, family‑like atmosphere with teamwork and open communication.
We’re Looking For
Less than one year of RN experience
Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do
Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
