Direct Support Professional – Merakey
Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Washington, PA, with immediate hiring and paid training for all new hires.
Job Summary As a DSP, you will support individuals with developmental, behavioral health, and education needs, helping them achieve daily living independence while fostering social and communication skills. You will follow individualized support plans and provide personal care, housekeeping, laundry, and other supportive services in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
Follow individualized support plans to provide direct care.
Assist with personal care, housekeeping, laundry, and daily living activities.
Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve social, communication, and independence goals.
Participate in community outings such as parks and sensory gardens.
Compensation Earn $18.25 per hour with the option to select Enhanced Pay for additional earnings.
