Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
We offer a competitive hourly pay of $16.25 per hour, with up to $2.00 extra each hour by selecting the Enhanced Pay Option. No experience required – we provide PAID training.
Responsibilities:
Create long‑term positive impacts on the lives of individuals.
Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve their goals.
Spend days in various settings making memories (parks, sensory gardens).
Follow the Individual Support Plan to facilitate social and communication skill development.
Support individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry.
Assist in fostering independence and confidence.
