Position Summary Do you want to be at the forefront of transforming how pharmacy care is delivered? As Senior Manager, Business Strategy on the H&W Pharmacy team, you’ll lead initiatives that explore, pilot, and scale new pharmacy care models—working at the intersection of retail, tech, and clinical innovation.

What you’ll do

Support cross functional teams driving the execution of pharmacy initiatives, collaborating across business, product, and tech teams

Support the pharmacy LT with the selection process for third-party partnerships, including RFPs, NDAs, and solution evaluations

Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders by providing market intelligence, innovation tracking, and internal benchmarking for pharmacy initiatives

Support strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams, summarizing progress for executive stakeholders

Build and maintain project roadmaps, manage cross-functional dependencies and timelines, and elevate risks as needed

Coordinate with Finance to tie business cases and performance of new service offerings to the annual and long-range planning process

What You’ll Bring

Experience managing complex pharmacy programs and projects with cross-functional teams

Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables and timelines

Self-starter mentality, with comfort navigating ambiguity

Ability to distill complex project updates into clear, executive-level summaries

Reputation for quickly understanding and engaging in the substance of a complex industry, not simply tracking the process

Strategic mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvementFinancial acumen – understanding how elements of the project tie to financial outcomes

Salary and Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications Leading cross-functional teams, Supervisory experience.
