is hiring a
Maintenance Technician 2 – Conveyor Systems . Location: 1260 London Groveport Rd, Lockbourne, OH 43137. Pay: $32.00 - $38.00/hr (DOE). Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm. We are a dynamic and expanding company that provides same-day and next-day delivery services for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses. Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly, and respond in a timely manner to all material handling systems breakdowns. Maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance to conveyor systems. Change and repair parts of conveyor systems; rebuild and align equipment, gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts. Use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment. Perform housekeeping duties, including work area cleanup and equipment cleanup; complete other general housekeeping tasks as assigned. Conduct daily inspections of machinery for potential problems. Occasionally be available after hours to ensure MHS (conveyor) systems are working at optimum capacity. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to the Company Safety Program policies and procedures. Work independently most of the time, with opportunities to collaborate with other OnTrac maintenance team members as needed. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred. 1+ years of related experience and/or training in mechanical and electrical equipment, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Welding experience required. Current Driver's License and clean driving record. Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Ability to learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform primary duties. Knowledge of Material Handling Systems (MHS), industrial conveyor systems and controls, VFDs, PLCs, electrical motors (480V). Programming, GUI, and/or HMI experience is a plus. Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Preventative Maintenance (PMs), and 3-Phase electrical work. Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical blueprints; mechanical work experience. Industrial electrical knowledge is a plus; welding experience is a plus; knowledge of OSHA requirements. Flexibility to accommodate 24-hour operations; occasional extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly. Good time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Equal Opportunity
