Job Location Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for the set-up, cleaning, operation, and troubleshooting of the machine.
Operate machine and equipment in a safe manner.
Accurately read and comprehend instructions and drawings.
Inspect substrates for proper quantity and quality prior to processing.
Perform visual microscope inspection.
Identify out of spec product and place product on hold.
Properly load and unload substrates in the machine.
Make adjustments to machinery as necessary, within process windows, in order to make quality product.
Remain focused on producing the highest quality product to support overall company yield and on-time-delivery goals.
Perform 100% visual inspection of all parts before moving on to the next operation.
Document production activities in the ERP system as well as various quality databases.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
What You Will Bring Along
Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and Industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC is preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.
Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
Computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
Critical thinking ability along with ability to use known inputs/outputs to achieve desired results.
Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR Policy.
