is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Forklift Operator in Dekalb, Illinois.
Pay: $20.30/hr. Schedule: Three-and-a-half day workweek (Sunday–Tuesday 5:15 AM–4:45 PM; Wednesday 5:15 AM–11:15 AM).
Key responsibilities:
Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products, and load/unload trucks.
Manage day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
At least one year of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a team in a diverse work environment.
Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, with a good attendance record.
High initiative, accuracy under pressure, and attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 35 lb and stand for long periods.
Commitment to health and safety practices.
Flexibility to work varied shifts.
