We are actively hiring an enthusiastic
Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant
to join our expanding event marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in
event marketing, brand promotions, event coordination, or experiential marketing .
You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting
live events, brand activations, community outreach programs, and promotional campaigns . No prior experience is required — we provide
paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities
into event management, marketing, and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with
event setup, execution, and breakdown
for live promotions and activations
Support
event logistics , including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration
Help execute
brand activations
by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
Engage with event attendees to support positive brand experiences
Complete post‑event tasks such as
attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
Represent partner brands in a professional and energetic manner
Share feedback and ideas to improve future
marketing and promotional campaigns
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and able to multitask in fast‑paced event environments
Positive, team‑oriented, and reliable
Interest in
event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required — full paid training provided.
