3–5 years of retail banking experience with consumer lending required Small business lending or business development experience preferred Strong sales leadership skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Ability to build relationships quickly and represent the bank confidently in the community Solid knowledge of banking products, operations, and compliance
