Pay Range Base pay: $96,000.00/yr – $126,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Responsibilities Master our sales process within a remarkable six-month timeframe, significantly faster than typical up to one year. As a leader and trailblazer, you will challenge conventions, redefine benchmarks in the supplemental insurance industry, cultivate and expand market presence, and later mentor new team members by imparting strategies for success.

Additional Qualifications
Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
