Alternatives, Inc. is looking to hire a part‑time asleep overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to support adults with developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (e.g., medication administration, meal preparation, personal hygiene, transportation to medical appointments).
Implement individual behavioral plans and use teaching & mentoring techniques to help residents acquire new skills and achieve goals.
Encourage and support community outings and recreational activities based on each resident’s preferences.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation and report any health or safety concerns.
Support residents in living as independently as possible while ensuring comfort and safety.
Work Schedule Current available opportunity:
Sunday: 11 pm – 8 am
Monday: off
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: off
Thursday: off
Friday: 11 pm – 9 am
Saturday: 11 pm – 8 am
Day shifts available (if required):
7 am – 3 pm
3 pm – 11 pm
