Full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem opportunities are available, along with Same Day Pay. Shift times include 7 AM–3 PM for weekdays and 7 AM–11 PM on weekends. Sign‑on bonuses and pay information:

$5,000 Sign‑on Bonus for 7 AM–3 PM & 11 PM–7 AM FT

$7,500 Sign‑on Bonus for 3 PM–11 PM FT

$2,500 Sign‑on Bonus for 7 AM–3 PM and 11 PM–7 AM PT

$3,500 Sign‑on Bonus for 3 PM–11 PM PT

Hourly rate $30–$39

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment

Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager

Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)

Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications

A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of New Jersey

Ability to work with multiple patients at once

Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
